Terry McManuels called the meeting to order at 10:00.  For the benefit of our new members Terry explained the policy on dues and newsletters.  As was decided at our first reunion, dues payers will receive all newsletters, an annual membership directory and membership card.  Dues paying members are also able to obtain copies of all photographs and other items that can be copied from the historians files.  Members who elect to not pay dues can obtain these items for a fee of $20.00.  Kurt Hauge agreed to take over the historians duties on a temporary basis until a full time historian can be found. 

     Mr. McManuels advised the members that the 2009 Annual Patrol Gunboat Association reunion will take place in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  While the dates are not yet locked in, the plan is to try for the last week in July or the first week in August. 

     Nancy McManuels advised the group that she would be selling 50-50 tickets until the end of the meeting.  The meeting adjourned at 11:30.
